1. Agreement to Terms and Binding Effect

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• If accessing on behalf of a legal entity, you possess all necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms;
• You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited, or contrary to Indian or international law;
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and statutes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Except for third-party factual sports statistics, historical club names, and tournament metadata utilized under fair use:

• Proprietary Content: All proprietary code, custom layout designs, user interface components, color palettes, vector brand marks, database schema, probability algorithms, tabletop game mechanics, tactical formulas, written match previews, and original editorial dossiers are the exclusive intellectual property of ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
• Limited Permitted License: ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view content on the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial, educational, and tabletop gaming reference.
• Restricted Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, scrape, systematically extract, distribute, license, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary algorithms or layout architectures without prior express written authorization from ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing Archivesocialnst.com, you expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Automated Extraction: Using spiders, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or automated tools to systematically harvest fixture databases, standings tables, or simulation formulas;
• Platform Disruption: Attempting to interfere with, compromise, flood, perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on, or circumvent security features of the server hosting the Platform;
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of any JavaScript dice engine, mathematical simulation model, or backend script;
• Abusive Communications: Submitting defamatory, abusive, offensive, fraudulent, or harassing content through our Contact & Support forms;
• Impersonation & False Representation: Impersonating ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED staff, ISL match officials, franchise representatives, or other users;
• Commercial Exploitation: Embedding, framing, or white-labeling our tabletop match simulators inside commercial gambling, wagering, or paywalled services.

6. Simulation Tools & Statistical Models Disclaimer

The Tactical Match Dice Roller, Expected Points (xP) Projector, and match breakdown dossiers are heuristic analytical instruments engineered solely for tabletop hobbyists, statistical study, and entertainment:

• No Financial or Wagering Advice: Our statistical projections, expected goal (xG) factors, and dice outcomes do NOT constitute betting advice, investment tips, or guaranteed sporting forecasts. ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED disclaims all responsibility for financial decisions or wagering outcomes made on external platforms based on our simulator figures.
• Probabilistic Nature: Dice outcomes are driven by pseudo-random mathematical distributions. Actual on-pitch football results in the 2026–27 Indian Super League depend on real-world athletic execution, tactical adjustments, refereeing, and weather conditions.

7. User Inquiries and Submissions

When you submit inquiries, feedback, or comments through our contact channels, you grant ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to review and utilize non-confidential feedback to improve simulation mechanics, fix typographical errors, or optimize tournament schedule accuracy. 9. Disclaimers of Warranties ("As Is" / "As Available")

THE PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, SIMULATION ENGINES, FIXTURE SCHEDULES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION; (C) TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF MATCH DATES, VENUES, KICKOFF HOURS, OR CLUB ROSTERS; AND (D) FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR MALICIOUS CODE.

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, WAGERING LOSSES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED BY STATUTE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OR INR 1,000 (ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED, its officers, directors, contractors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (b) your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (c) your misuse of our tabletop simulation tools.

12. Termination and Suspension of Access

ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform for any violation of these Terms, suspected malicious activity, or system maintenance, without liability to you.

13. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Amicable Negotiation: In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through good-faith written negotiations for a period of at least thirty (30) days following notice.
• Exclusive Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Punjab, India.

14. General Legal Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and ARCHIVESOCIALNST LIMITED regarding Archivesocialnst.com.
